Areas of activity and key competencies
- Supply of complex, non-standard equipment on a turnkey basis, with provision of the necessary certificates, permits and operational documentation;
- Adaptation and revision of foreign equipment and technical documentation in accordance with the requirements of the regulatory documentation of the Russian Federation;
- Expert selection and assembly of equipment for large projects, including, but not limited to:
1. Compressor units and pumping stations based on centrifugal, piston and screw blocks driven by an electric motor or a steam turbine, designed and manufactured in accordance with API standards (API 617, 618, 610, etc.).
1.1. Selection and assembly of equipment for piping and packaging of compressor and pump units, including:
- automatic control and emergency protection systems;
- instrumentation, shut-off valves, vibration control and vibration monitoring systems;
- separation and sealing gas systems (for centrifugal compressor units);
- oil systems and cooling systems;
- tank and heat exchange equipment;
- main electric motors and steam turbines;
- steam and condensate system (for steam turbines)
2. Column, reactor, tank and heat exchange equipment;
3. Cryogenic equipment for gas separation.
- Development of process flow diagrams in AutoCAD and KOMPAS, execution of thermodynamic and verification calculations of gas fractionation units, gas cleaning and drying, compressor and pump units in specialized software products, including Aspen HYSYS, PRO II, etc.
- Preparation of questionnaires based on the calculations performed, selection of equipment and assembly of process units.
- Development of basic projects for processes, including with the involvement of Russian and foreign technology partners and design organizations.
