Compressor units for the catalytic reforming process of PJSC "Saratov Oil Refinery"

Description

Piston compressor units pos. PK-1 and PK-4 are high-tech equipment designed and manufactured in accordance with the American standard API 618. They are intended for compression of hydrogen-containing gas in the technological process of the catalytic reforming unit LCH-35-11/600.

Scope of work performed

• Development of working design documentation
• Manufacturing and assembly of compressor units
• ShMR, PNR and commissioning

• Outlet pressure – 3.9 MPa

PK1:

• Performance – 35750 nm3/hour
• Inlet pressure – 2.6 MPa
• Outlet pressure – 3.9 MPa
• Electric drive power – 800 kW
