Alliance Projects has been founded as a subsidiary of the Swiss company Glencore PLC, which is one of the largest trading, industrial and mining companies in the world. Since 2020, Alliance Projects has become a completely independent player in the Russian and CIS markets and joined the industrial group Alliance Industry Group.

The main working areas of the Alliance Projects are: design, engineering, production and supply of industrial equipment, materials and components for the needs of the oil and gas, mining and energy industries.
