Mining Department

The main activity of the mining department of the Alliance Projects company is the development and implementation of original integrated turnkey technical and technological solutions for the projected and operating mining (processing and metallurgical) companies.

The main focus of the department is individual approach to solving problems, increasing the specific productivity of enterprises with minimal capital and operating costs along with optimization of the production. We perform a full cycle of work from R&D (development of technology for processing mineral raw materials) to the design, manufacture and commissioning of equipment.

The mining department conducts R&D and produces equipment on the basis of the company Alliance Technology, which, in turn, is the patent holder and manufacturer of unique Jet Flotation equipment.

Alliance Technology has its own laboratory based at the Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution United Institute of High Temperatures of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The laboratory is fitted with technological equipment (SF Ts150, flotation machines FML-1 and FML-3, ball mills MSHL-1 and MSHL-7, etc.) to conduct operation simulations of Jet Flotation machines on various types of mineral raw materials and providing detailed reports to select equipment based on the needs of our partners.

In addition, Alliance Technology owns semi-industrial machines SF 500, on the basis of which enrichment processes simulations are carried out at client’s sites directly. We also supply spare parts, carry out installation supervision, commissioning and provide after-sales service for flotation units.

Mining Department has many years of experience in processing plants and metallurgical enterprises. Knowledge of technological processes allows us to find modern and non-standard solutions to improve equipment work efficiency and technological indicators.
