Mining Department

The main activity of the mining department of the company "Alliance Projects" is the development and implementation of original complex technical and technological solutions "turnkey" for the planned and operating mining (processing and metallurgical) enterprises.

Individual approach to solving the problems of subsoil users, increasing the specific productivity of enterprises with minimal capital and operating costs, as well as optimization of production is the focus of the department. We perform a full cycle of work from R&D (development of technology for processing mineral raw materials) to the design, manufacture and commissioning of equipment.

The mining department conducts R&D and manufactures equipment on the basis of the company "Alliance Technology", which, in turn, is the patent holder and manufacturer of unique Jet Flotation equipment. (video)

"Alliance Technology" has its own laboratory based at the Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution "United Institute of High Temperatures of the Russian Academy of Sciences". The laboratory is equipped with technological equipment (SF Ts150, flotation machines FML-1 and FML-3, ball mills MSHL-1 and MSHL-7, etc.) for the purpose of simulating the operation of Jet Flotation flotation machines on various types of mineral raw materials and providing detailed reports, which allows us to select equipment according to the needs of our partners.

In addition, Alliance Technology owns semi-industrial machines SF 500, on the basis of which simulations of enrichment processes are carried out directly at customer sites. We also supply spare parts, carry out installation supervision and commissioning, and provide after-sales service for flotation units.

Mining Department has many years of experience in processing plants and metallurgical enterprises, and knowledge of technological processes allows us to find modern and non-standard solutions to improve the efficiency of equipment and technological indicators.
