Description

Determination of the possibility of using pneumatic flotation to extract gold from ores of the Suzdal deposit.

Obtaining data for the economic justification of the efficiency of using the C 500 Jet flotation flotation machine in the flotation circuit of a metallurgical plant.

Completed works

• Laboratory studies were conducted to select the optimal grinding fineness and reagent mode suitable for the operation of Jet Flotation flotation machines;
• A set of pilot industrial studies was carried out in the factory conditions on the SF Ts500 pilot plant, allowing to determine the technological indicators of the industrial Jet Flotation flotation machines;
• Work was carried out to accumulate the products of the SF Ts500 for further laboratory studies;
• Laboratory studies were carried out on the accumulated product of the Jet Flotation flotation machine to simulate the flotation scheme using the SF technology;
• Two process schemes were developed using SF, allowing to increase the efficiency of the flotation cycle of the beneficiation plant;
• Calculation of the KKS, VShS and selection of industrial equipment for the proposed process schemes were performed.
