Laboratory research to determine the optimum grinding fineness, reagent mode and points for the subsequent series of research works on flotation enrichment of copper ore of Solnechny mine on pilot flotation machine of jet flotation with further development of the technological scheme and calculation of the required number of industrial machines on the series SF and providing guarantees for technological indicators of enrichment.Cooperation with “Geoprominvest” Ltd. continues, due to the interest in the application of flotation machines for the enrichment of copper ore.

Works performed

• Laboratory studies on selection of optimal grinding fineness and reagent regime suitable for operation of Jet Flotation Flotation Machines were carried out;
• laboratory studies were carried out to determine the operation of the technological process, on which the introduction of flotomashiny Jet Flotation gives the best effect;
• in the conditions of the factory on the pilot plant SF Ts500 a set of experimental-industrial research was carried out, which allows to determine the technological performance of industrial flotomachines of Jet Flotation; 
• two technological schemes with the use of SF, allowing to increase the efficiency of the copper flotation cycle of the enrichment plant were developed;
• the calculation of CCS, WSF and selection of industrial equipment for the proposed technological schemes were made;
• dearsenization of copper concentrate was carried out.
