Description

Conducting laboratory studies for the purpose of comparative analysis of recoveries of valuable components achieved for different enrichment cycles (collective Cu/Mo flotation cycle, collective concentrate selection cycle) on laboratory mechanical flotation machines with determination of flotation kinetics, as well as with simulation of the jet flotation process according to the original methodology of Glencore Technology.

Works performed

• study of the material composition of samples of polymetallic ores, distribution of valuable components by size classes, physical and mechanical properties of ore types (grindability);
• the work presents the results of laboratory tests of flotation method of enrichment with the use of flotation machines of Jet Flotation.
