Automated unit for automatic loading of light oil products into rail tank cars with vapor recovery for JSC RNPC

Description

Automated clock loading unit (ATU) - is a complex of complex, high-tech equipment that performs a set of sequential actions for automatic, hermetic loading of light petroleum products (gasoline and solvents) into rail tank cars.

The AUTN consists of the following main units:

• Lippold Gmbh loading pipes and telescopic devices;
• hydraulic stations for longitudinal and lateral movement of Lippold Gmbh loading devices;
• shunting devices for wagon feeding with automatic tank number reading system ollert Vnlagenbau gmbh;
• vapor recovery unit (for utilization of vapors generated during loading of petroleum products) manufactured by Kappa GI;
• commercial product metering system based on six Endress+Hauser mass meters;
• complete control system based on Siemens;
• tank equipment.

Technical characteristics

• Tank type - 4-axle railroad tank cars.
• Filling process - hermetic with vapor removal from rail tank cars to the FPS.
• Number of simultaneously filled railroad tank cars - 2 pcs.
• Capacity of loading pipe - max. 400 m3/hour.
• Number of filling devices - 4 pcs. (2 pcs. on one cart for each side).

• Manufacturing, assembly and certification of autn;
• ShMR, PNR and commissioning
