Description

Booster compressor station for injection of associated petroleum gas into the formation at the Stolbovoye field, designed and manufactured on the basis of a GEA Grasso screw compressor (compression of gas from the final separation stage to the conditions of the station's main compressors) and the main Ariel JGT/6 piston compressor (compression of gas for injection into the formation). Discharge pressure 32 MPa. Design: hangar type. End customer: PJSC NK RussNeft.

Scope of work performed

  • Development of working design documentation;
  • Manufacturing and assembly of compressor unit;
  • ShMR, commissioning and putting into operation.

  • GEO Grasso compressor capacity – 930 Nm3/h;
  • Ariel JGT/6 compressor capacity – 5700 Nm3/h;
