System of vibration control and diagnostics of turbine unit of Kalinin NPP power unit No. 3

Description

SKVM system was developed and delivered within the framework of modernization (replacement) of turbine units of power unit No.3 of Kalinin NPP.

The objectives of modernization of turbine-generator units ACS in accordance with the customer's requirements were:

• Ensuring protection of turbine units in accordance with protection algorithms
• Provision of signaling for the operator on the control unit in case of exceeding the setpoints of technological parameters
• Detection of turbine unit defects at an early stage of development, as well as determining the causes of their development
• Providing necessary data for balancing of turbine units

Works performed

• The SCVM was designed in accordance with the requirements and norms of the nuclear industry, and it has a safety class 4H with in accordance with NP-001-15
• It was manufactured and tested
