Production and supply of lithium-ion batteries for Special Energy Ltd.

Description

The lithium-ion battery recycling plant is designed to extract valuable materials from lithium-ion batteries for reuse in the production of new batteries or for other purposes. The equipment includes several stages of separation of such materials as copper and aluminum, as well as obtaining “black mass” (a mixture of graphite, lithium, cobalt, nickel, etc.) from battery cells.

The technological process of waste processing and utilization includes the following operations:

• Waste processing with subsequent utilization after forming a batch with the required characteristics in terms of component composition and quantity of waste
• Cleaning, control of emissions, discharges and component composition of secondary waste
• Weighing, packaging and accumulation of secondary waste in warehouses (if necessary)
