Description
The fabric filter is designed for separation of ash dust and reaction products from the dry sorbent injection reactor. The equipment is supplied under the program of construction of waste energy recovery plants. In total 12 sets of equipment are to be manufactured and delivered.
Each fabric filter housing is a technologically complex product of machine-building production and has a mass of 154 tons and dimensions (DxWxH) 12.7x10.5x14.3 meters. Structurally, the filter consists of 8 columns connected with each other by gas ducts of purified and non-purified gas.
Each column of the fabric filter housing, according to Hitachi design, consists of a set of spatial sections, mounted on each other and welded together. At the same time, the side members of the sections are bent sheet metal parts that are part of the column body, which performs load-bearing functions.
According to Hitachi's requirements, the tolerances on linear dimensions for such a large structure are very small, which means that it must be manufactured to a very high precision, ensuring deviations of no more than ±5 mm.
Works performed
In the process of project realization the full cycle of production was mastered using Swiss-Japanese technology Hitachi Zosen Inova:
- Design documentation was reworked to Russian standards
- Materials were selected
- Special equipment was designed and manufactured to ensure the required degree of accuracy
